Please open the exercise file and open the work sheet “Sales Target Calculation” again.
You will find the tables to calculate product sales targets and break down these targets to single sales team members. Furthermore you will also find a calculation to back up the targets by a sales pipeline. All red text and figures are example content.
Fill in the file with all the information of your business. Feel free to add or delete cells if needed. You might need to change the structure of the file to adapt it to your business but the base philosophy to calculate your sales performance should stay the same.
